Maggie Niesen

Your growth and healing are at the heart of our work together. We’ll navigate life’s challenges and cultivate healthier relationships, starting with the one you have with yourself.

I provide therapy for children age 10+, adolescents, and adults of all ages. I specialize in family therapy and work with families across a range of life stages and structures to improve communication, strengthen connection, and create lasting change.

                     Who I Am

I believe relationships profoundly shape our lives, influencing how we see ourselves and interact with the world. Healthy relationships provide the security we need, making the people we surround ourselves with critical to our well-being. Often overlooked, a healthy relationship with ourselves serves as an important foundation for emotional well-being and personal growth.

Outside of work I love to spend time with my family and friends, I enjoy horseback riding, cheering on the Reds and the Bengals, finding fun spots to enjoy a delicious meal, golfing, and hanging out with my dog, cat, and horse.

                                How We'll Work Together

I use evidence-based practices to guide our work together, always with the goal of creating a personalized, supportive experience. With families, I integrate attachment theory and relational systems work to help strengthen bonds and promote healing. For individuals, I draw on client-centered, narrative, and compassion-focused approaches to support self-understanding and emotional resilience. I bring hope, enthusiasm, and empathy into my work and tailor your therapy experience to meet your needs.
